Self-Exclusion

Betkin.com, a brand owned and operated by StepX B.V., a company incorporated in Curacao under company number 156454, with registered business address at Heelsumstraat 51, E-Commerce Park Vredenberg, Curaçao, the mailing address is Chuchubiweg 17, Curaçao, hereinafter - Betkin.com, «We», «Us» or «Our»;

And

User hereinafter  «User», «You» or «Your»;

Together — «Parties»

have agreed on the below conditions for self-exclusion of the user from the services provided by the Betkin.com:

1. Betkin.com, having taken all reasonable measures, are obliged to prevent the participation of the User who has entered into a self-exclusion agreement with Us in the games on the Betkin.com website.

2. Upon receipt of a notice of self-exclusion from the User, We will send a special self-exclusion form for that person, and this form shall be completed and sent to Us. The self-exclusion request form shall contain the following information:
• Name of the person;
• Date of birth;
• Address of residence;
• Telephone number;
• Type of identity document, its series, number and date of issue;
• Length of the self-exclusion period (at least 6 months).

3. The request for self-exclusion shall be made by the User for whom the exclusion will apply, and not by any other person. Self-exclusion is a positive action by an individual to exclude himself from the online games on Betkin.com website.

4. We will not send marketing materials to the User during the self-exclusion period. We will take the necessary steps to remove the self-excluded person’s name and data from any advertising databases We use. This applies to any gambling marketing materials. However, this will not apply to general marketing that targets a specific geographic area and where the excluded person will not be included.

5. We will have a list of excluded with the appropriate entries (name, address and any other relevant comments). The records of the excluded Users will be retained until the exclusion agreements are formally terminated.

6. We provide an opportunity for individuals to self-exclude themselves by contacting Our Customer Service and furthermore by introducing an automated process using remote communications. To avoid unintentional self-exclusion, it is permissible for the automated process to include an additional step that requires the user to confirm that he wants self-exclusion.

7. We ensure that all employees involved in user coordination are aware of the self-exclusion system and can direct the person to the immediate person / system to complete this process. We provide staff training so that employees can recognize and use the system.

8. Before confirming your request for self-exclusion, you will be provided with information on the consequences of self-exclusion. If you choose to exclude yourself, We recommend that you consider extending your self-exclusion to other remote gambling operators that you currently use.
